This May, Little Wanderers on Tonge Moor Road in Bolton, will be celebrating 10 years of trading. The family-run children’s shoe shop opened in 2008 and, despite the challenging retail market, is going from strength to strength.
Since opening, co-owner Claire Hiles has become a qualified member of the Society of Shoefitters and Little Wanderers has been added to the Children’s Foot Health Register of approved suppliers of children’s shoes.
Claire reflects “There are children who had their very first pairs of shoes with us and are about to start secondary school this summer. We are very proud and thankful to have some very lovely and loyal customers.”
