Rivington Terraced Gardens are planning a thank-you event for those involved in battling the fire on Winter Hill.
The event will take place on the Great Lawn in the Gardens at the end of August for all those involved including (but not limited to): Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service, Lancashire Police, Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service, Greater Manchester Police, Chorley Police, Bolton Mountain Rescue Team, United Utilities, Chorley Council, Bolton Council, IRONMAN England and Groundwork Cheshire, Lancashire, Merseyside.
