Horwich Music Festival is looking for people to help organise the 2019 event.
Last year's organisers are unable to continue with the organisation of the festival.
As a result, Horwich Town Council have created a sub-committee of councillors Kevin McKeon, Ian Carruthers and Gordon Stone to investigate the way forward.
They are already contacting interested organisations but they need to open it up to the people of Horwich and neighbouring towns.

Organisers of the festival for the past three years have thanked all the musicians who performed, everyone who helped behind the scenes, the Horwich Resource Centre, Horwich Town Council and the Rotary Club of Horwich for their financial support, sound and lighting engineer Leon Deakin, the artists who exhibited their works, and everyone who came to enjoy the music and support the events
