Market Place in Bolton is delighted to be supporting this year’s Bolton Pride, taking place on 21st and 22nd September, with a host of family friendly activity.
Bolton Pride will see the centre of Bolton come to life with a celebration of the diversity of the Bolton community and a range of events happening throughout the weekend. Market Place has arranged for face-painters to transform the faces of shoppers into the iconic colours of the rainbow between 10am – 4pm on both Saturday and Sunday inside the centre.
Shoppers are also encouraged to celebrate Bolton Pride by writing a love message on one of our colourful post-it notes and then sticking it to our unique ‘love tunnel’ installation. Shoppers can then upload a selfie next to the love tunnel with the hashtag #MarketPlacePride.
The Bolton Pride street party will take place on the evening of Friday 20th September, between 4-8pm outside the centre, with plenty of fun for everyone. A selection of arts and crafts activities will also be made available for everyone to enjoy throughout the event.
