COMIC legend Jimmy Cricket will bring his unique style of laughter to Bolton's Bridge Conference Centre later this month.

His appearance is part of a show being presented by the Rotary Club of Bolton with Le Moors on Saturday November 20.

Now in his seventies, the Irish comedian, who came to fame in the 70s and 80s, continues to draw the crowds with his unique brand of humour.

The afternoon concert will also feature acclaimed pianist Guy Porteus and vocalist Teresa Harper, who will be performing songs from musical shows along with 70s and 80s classics.

Tickets for the show, priced at £10, can be bought from Booths music shop in Churchgate or Breaking Barriers charity coffee bar on the upper floor of the Market Place.

The concert at the Bradford Street venue starts at 2pm and all proceeds will go to Rotary supported charities.
