The Blackrod Scarecrow Festival returns after a 2-year absence due to the Covid Pandemic, and will be open from 10am until 6pm on both dates.
The Festival is a fun packed event with over 120 'homemade' scarecrows on display.
Programmes will be on sale at 4 outlets around the village at a cost of £2. The programmes will indicate the whereabouts of the scarecrows and will contain information about the food and drink outlets and activities taking place, as well as any relevant general information.
A 'Human Scarecrow' in the form of Wurzel Gummidge will be in attendance and will be available for photographs
Visitors should be aware that many of the stalls and foot outlets will be 'cash only' as they are not equipped with debit/credit card machines.
