Legoland Discovery Centre has been challenging budding young creatives to apply for every child’s dream job - becoming a Master Lego Builder in the Creative Crew.

And Elliot Pitlovits (6), from Bolton, is one of 12 youngsters who have been been inducted into the Creative Crew after completing a series of challenges at Legoland Discovery Centre.

The Creative Crew includes: from Preston – Scott Tonks (5), Elliott Whiteland (5) from Sheffield, Bolton boy Elliot Pitlovits (6), Freddie Smallwood from Blackburn (6), Isaac Brown (7) from Wigan, Millie Gunnery (7) from Blackley, Manchester, Ali Hussain Chowdhury (8) from Manchester. From Chelford - Charlotte Ridley (8), Hinkley winner Kai Dougherty (9), Amy Hurst (9) from St Helens, Daisy Guinness (9) from Newton, Chester and finally Lewis Booth (10) from Chadderton, Oldham.

Each ambassador of the new Creative Crew won an annual family pass for four to the Manchester attraction for the year, and will be attending regular creative design sessions with Master Model Maker, Alex Bidolak.

And overall winner Phoebe Rendell, age 7, from Winsford  bagged her and her family a once in a lifetime trip to Legoland Florida.

Beyond their Lego build skills and techniques, the Creative Crew will be called upon to plan events and develop Miniland, tell the world about cool new Lego products and teach others how to design amazing builds.

The first project for the ambassadors will be recreating Manchester’s iconic Beetham Tower, to appear in Miniland at Legoland Discovery Centre Manchester.

Jonathan Royle, Marketing Manager of Legoland Discovery Centre said: “We are delighted with the number of entries and can’t wait for the Creative Crew to get started!”

Master Builder, Alex Bidolak added: “This has been an awesome competition with lots of great entries. We can’t wait for them to get building, starting with the Beetham Tower.”
