The Mayor of Horwich Councillor Ken Denton handed out the awards at the Horwich in Bloom presentation day at the Horwich Resource Centre.
The Mayor of Horwich “These gardeners should be proud of their amazing achievements as 2015 was a very hard gardening year, even the most experienced found it challenging.
“Horwich in Bloom is a very special competition as it brings the whole community together which is definitely something, as Mayor, I encourage”.
Get planning your garden for 2016 and you never know you could be picking up an award yourself. Congratulations to all the winners.
