A 60's Gold Show in aid of the British Heart Foundation will be held at Horwich RMI Club on Saturday, July 30th.

The concert will be in memory of John Chaisty who passed away suddenly in April at the age of 63.

He also published a free paper called the Horwich review and in the days of the Horwich pub Race sponsored the event.

The 60s Night will include music from The Shadows, The Searchers, The Beatles, Billy Fry and Cliff Richard among others from guitar vocalist Jerry Sandon, formerly of Wigan group The Envoys..

Tickets are £10 and are available by calling 01204 468911
